I have adopted an idea from Garry Parkes and Clayton More’s blog. All the students of Alex Jeffreys are listed here in this blog post. I merged lists found on Garry Parkes blog into one.

I activated your Link on my Student page and ask that you do the same for me.
I see you are well on your way here, and have plans for improvement.
I actually have the list on a Page as opposed to a Post.
As for your question of the Optin Form, I used FasterIM Optin which you can get here free:

It is a Plugin you install and activate which comes with a setup video.
Once activated you get a setup page under WordPress Settings to Install Aweber code, upload a pic, etc.
You’ll have to fiddle a bit to get it, but that’s how we learn.
A little HTML savy will help also. Once it showed on my Site, I went to Template editor and opened sidebar_r.php
in your case it may be sidebar.php. Copy all the code and save in notepad so you can put it back if you mess up. What I did here was just move the code into the order I wanted the boxes to show up in on the bar.
I spent $27 on the upgrade, but there is no need, there wasn’t much difference.
